Powers of AttorneyA Power of Attorney is a legal document, which allows a person or persons of your choice to manage your financial affairs or deal with specific matters for you. The persons can be relatives, friends, or a professional, usually your Solicitor in that case. Having a Power of Attorney can be useful:
